From ISPERN, dispatch, a BOLO, a witness, or an LPR hit. Click the map to drop it, type coordinates, or use a reference below.
Type it the way dispatch said it. A direction word like "northbound" sets travel direction automatically.
Scales the reachable distance and the engine's corridor speeds — a vehicle in snow doesn't cover interstate miles.
2 · Suspect workup (optional) ▸
Attach any OSINT or background workup: STIC / fusion-center packet, CLEAR, Intelius, TLO, Accurint, a records check, or Hatchet Trace. Upload a PDF or text, or paste it. Detected addresses geocode to anchors with one click; a structured JSON export ( {"locations":[{"label","type","lat","lon"}]} ) auto-imports.

Estimate only. Assumes continued travel at the entered speed and direction. The vehicle may have turned, stopped, or parked. OSINT anchors are leads, not confirmations. Use as a starting search area, not a fix. When the live road-routing engine is connected, the same inputs produce a road-accurate isochrone and routed paths to anchors.
About & limits ▸
ODIN Lookout takes a vehicle's last-known sighting, how long ago it was seen, a direction, and an estimated speed, then shows the area the vehicle could have reached and the most-likely band and direction. Attach a suspect workup and it geocodes known addresses into destination anchors and flags any on the likely path. It is a starting search area and a lead, not a location fix: the reachable area is geometric, not a road isochrone; routing and geocoding use external services; the live track is a simulation of an estimate, not a real GPS feed of the suspect; and the analysis is deterministic, not the sovereign model layer yet. The vehicle may have turned, stopped, or parked.
